Open the selected Pi profile and a disposable training workspace. Review every new package, extension, trigger, and permission before activation.

Run the mission
Review bounded evidence from completed sessions, identify one repeated failure or manual correction supported by at least two incidents, write a scoped reusable lesson or change proposal, and demonstrate it on a subsequent task.

Inspect the mechanism
Explain the mechanism you added and its limits: session events, reflection, confidence and evidence, durable lessons, and selective context injection.
